Our VitalMama Sessions are all about you, mum. We meet at Milton Grey Reserve for a fun, supportive outdoor workout designed to help you move, connect, and feel good.
Babies and toddlers are more than welcome — they can stay in their prams, play safely in the centre of the circle, or even be your little workout buddy! Older kids can enjoy the playground nearby while you take some well-deserved time for yourself.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, sessions will be held at ARC.
