At ARC, we’re here to support you through every stage of motherhood from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. Whether you’re moving through your first trimester or returning to exercise after birth, our classes are designed to help you feel strong, supported, and confident in your body.

Pre + Postnatal Classes

We offer pregnancy-safe and postnatal-friendly classes across all three of our rooms — Strength, Balance, and Flow.

All ARC instructors are qualified in pre and postnatal exercise, so you can feel safe, guided, and supported no matter where you are in your journey. 

Our pregnancy-safe classes include: 
Strength - Base & Ignite‍ 
‍Balance - Foundation Reformer
Flow - Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Yin Yoga & Recovery Yoga‍

With over 19 pregnancy safe options each week that focus on building strength, improving mobility, supporting recovery, and helping you reconnect with your body in a safe and empowering way.

Kid + Bub Friendly classes

We know that getting to a workout with little ones isn’t always easy — so we’ve created classes for you to bring them along.

ARC offers three bub or kid-friendly classes each week, held at 10am on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Whether your baby stays in their pram, plays nearby, or needs a cuddle mid-class you’re always welcome.

No pressure. No expectations. Just support.
Running late? That’s okay. Need to leave early? No problem.
